COVID-19 Update
Our office remains open during this COVID-19 pandemic. We are continuing to serve our clients remotely and remain available for current clients and new client inquiries. We are accepting new clients. If you have been arrested or are under investigation for a crime, please call us at (415) 770-0146.
We are available to discuss your case over the phone, and if needed can set up a remote video conference. Courts remain open in the San Francisco Bay area, with different protocols in place depending on the county. Many court appearances are being handled remotely, while some will require in person appearances.
We are available to appear in person in criminal court in some limited circumstances, and we will be following all safety protocols. This includes wearing a protective mask and practicing social distancing. We are also making court appearances for our clients over the phone or by remote video-conferencing, like Zoom.
There have been changes to the bail laws and numerous emergency orders have been issued since the pandemic began. Important constitutional rights have been impacted by this pandemic. Please call our office to discuss your criminal legal matter if you have questions about arraignment, preliminary hearings, speedy trial rights, bail, and COVID-19 related emergency procedures in your criminal case.
Please contact our office if you have been contacted by law enforcement, or are facing a pending criminal case in San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Alameda County, or Marin County. We also assist clients in Contra Costa County, Solano County, Sonoma County, and Napa County. For new clients, we are able to send proposed fee agreements electronically, and can accept payments online.
